Description of New
New Contract Awarded: Northern Power Transmission Line Expansion Sector Loan Project, funded by ADB 
VICA has just been awarded a consultancy contract by the Northern Power Project Management Board of the Loan 2225-VIE (SF) of Asian Development Bank namely " Northern Power Transmission Line Expansion Sector Loan Project" to prepare Resettlement Plans (RPs), Environmental Impact Assessment/ Initial Environmental Examination reports and Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), assist the Client to implement RPs, monitor the implementation of EMPs and built capacity of relevant stakeholders in environmental management. The contract will be implemented from February 2010 to about December 2012 in the Northern region of Viet Nam.
