VICA is one of Vietnamese leading consultancy firms providing reliable and high quality services for donors, public, private and non-governmental organizations. Since its foundation in 2001, the company has been involved in a variety of projects funded by the World Bank, ADB, AFD, DANIDA, DFID, UNDP, the Government of Vietnam, foreign and private enterprises almost all over Vietnam and expanding in some regional countries.

VICA employs more than 50 full-time staff and has around 500 associate consultants. Most of our staff enjoy research and work experience overseas with international organizations and academic institutions. As for the consultants, they can provide insights into different aspects of a rapidly changing Vietnamese society thanks to their various working experience with government ministries, think tanks, research centers, universities, and international organizations.
